Jane Motz Hayes, Havas Health & You

Jane Motz Hayes is convinced that at the heart of every problem lies a design solution.
Armed with two decades of experience in film/television, start-ups, and agencies, she now leads a global team of CX creatives at Havas Health & You. As Chief Creative and Design Officer, Jane’s passion for the nexus of design, technology, and storytelling makes her a driving force behind elegant and innovative customer experiences for clients.
As a leader, Jane focuses on empowering teams to grow alongside the business by nurturing talent. In addition to mentoring young creatives as a LIA Creative LIAisons Coach in 2023, Jane also guest lectures at the University of Toronto iSchool and previously taught accessibility and inclusive design to graduate students.
She has had the honour of serving on award show juries at the Clio Health Awards, London International Awards (Health & Wellness), and the Canadian Screen Awards (Genies) for short film & documentary.
Jane lives in Toronto with her husband and children. On weekends, you’ll find her watching basketball or F1, listening to Drake, and digging in her garden — just not all at the same time.
