Glen D’Souza is Head of Creative at Forsman & Bodenfors Canada, and part of the creative leadership of the broader F&B creative collective, working across seven countries globally. He is one of Canada’s advertising leaders, having been awarded and recognized at International and National award shows like Cannes, One Show, Clios, ADCCs and The Marketing Awards.

Over the past 20+ years, he has made award-winning and culture-shaping work for clients such as Dove, Realtor, Audi, Warner Brothers and Trojan Condoms to name a few.

Glen is a leader in the DE&I space, championing underrepresented voices in the industry in Canada. In fact, an op-ed piece he penned for Canada’s primary trade publication inspired the Canadian Marketing Hall of Legends to revamp their induction policies, leading to a better process for the recognition of a more diverse selection outcome.
