About the Young Lions Competition
The Globe and Mail has been the official Canadian representative of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity since 2005, hosting the Canadian Young Lions competition since 2007.
To be eligible to compete* in the Canadian Young Lions Competition, entrants must:
- be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada or have a valid Canadian work permit.
- be a professional employed in the industry (*Specific criteria applies)
- be at least the legal age of majority in their province or territory and not older than 30 years of age before June 23, 2023.
