To be on a Cannes Lions jury is the highest accolade in the industry.
As the Festival representative, The Globe consults with the Canadian Cannes Advisory Board to submit a nomination list comprised of Canada’s industry leaders. Cannes Lions makes the final selection considering representative nominations while balancing factors including agency, network, holding company, independents, gender and diversity. With almost 2,000 nominations vying for 285 juror positions, the juries are curated to ensure the best placed individuals have been selected. Not only are the jurors entrusted to select the winning work, but collectively, they’re responsible for steering the future of the industry.
