We’re passionate about empowering Canada’s marketers and agencies to succeed on the global stage. Each year, we facilitate jury selection and oversee the Canadian Young Lions competition, showcasing the next generation of creative talent.


Canadian Cannes Lions Advisory Board
The Board provides strategic insights and supports the Cannes Lions mission in the Canadian market. Comprised of leaders across the media, creative, and marketing industries, the Board champions the value of creativity and amplifies Canadian talent and work on the global stage.
Young Lions Competition
For advertising and marketing professionals ages 30 and under, Young Lions is the official qualifying competition in Canada to compete in the global competitions at Cannes Lions. Notably, this event serves as a platform for young talent to showcase their skills and gain recognition within the industry.
The Career-Changing Young Lions Competition
The 2025 Young Lions Competition is now complete!
This year, Canadian participants competed in seven categories: Digital, Film, Print, Marketers, Media, and NEW for 2025: PR and Design.
The 2025 winners will represent Canada and compete on the global stage at Cannes Lions in June 2025.
