Erin Kawalecki, Angry Butterfly

Erin is the Chief Creative Officer and co-founder of Angry Butterfly in Toronto.
She feels incredibly lucky to work alongside so many talented, curious, and kind people every day, and the last few years helping build an agency have been the most fulfilling and challenging of her 20-year career.

Her work has been awarded by every major national and international show for both creativity and effectiveness – traits she firmly believes go hand in hand. She has had the privilege of judging top shows like Clios, LIA, the One Show, among others, and being chosen to represent Canada as a juror at Cannes marks a career pinnacle realized.

As a working parent of 3 young kids, she would trade it all for one good night of sleep.
